Best breakfast I've had in a long while. I understand the cook is also the owner. Very friendly and efficient waitress considering how busy the place was. Update: Still the best, I have never had a better tuna melt. Worth driving to Taft!
This is the best little home town diner ever. The food and staff are second to none. Although the interior decor is dated; the diner is clean and the food is tasty. Portion sizes are fantastic and much larger than the pricing would lead you to believe. This place is definitely doing it right as a small town eatery.
This was a great place for breakfast/brunch. I had ordered the garbage omelet and it was amazing. The plate came at our table and although I was expecting a garbage lid on the plate :-) , it was very good for leftover garbage. :-) All fun aside, it was a very delicious meal. I also had a pancake and it was also very delicious. The staff was super nice, the food came fast and it was very delicious. I strongly recommend this one for anyone looking for a good meal.
Great food and great customer service
They have the best Philly sandwich I've ever had. So big I couldn't eat it all and brought the rest home. The waitress was awesome.... Very nice and helpful. The menu there is huge. Looking forward to going back and trying their breakfasts. I've lived here for 3 years and didn't even know it was there. I'm glad I found it today.

The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Our waitress was fantastic as well: friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!
